The staff (Gina and Josie) that work during breakfast and dinner are great. They are very cheerful and greet you with a smile.

We got a great rate and the location is close to a lot. The staff was awesome all the time. Stayed for five days while we were moving into town. Our room was like a little apartment. Bed, couch bed, bathroom and a great kitchen with utensils and cooking tools. They have breakfast, dinner some nights and some nights complimentary wine. Pleasantly surprised.

Exquisite place. We are currently staying in a king suite and are absolutely happy with our experience. My mother came over from overseas and was in love with the room the minute we opened the door. I've stayed here previously and made a connection with the manager, Jay. He is very professional, prior military. His organizational skills are beyond outstanding. The place feels like home if you are away from home. During my previous stay I've communicated with Erika, the front desk agent. She is very knowledgeable about El Paso and will assist you regarding any directions you may need. The front desk manager, Thomas, is also very helpful regarding accommodations reservation. He will go out the way to make sure your experience is satisfactory. I had a pleasure to meet the top staff of the place and I was very pleased. This is my second time as an extended stay in the Chase Suite Hotel and I will definitely choose this hotel in my future reservations either for family, business or leisure trips.If you want to have a marvelous, stunning experience, definitely stop your search on the Chase Suite Hotels.
