The rooms were nice, clean, and a lot more spacious than I expected. Also when I came in, benji greeted me with kindness and diligence. But once the check in parts was over, he let me know that social hour was happening shortly with some food from Keri. I decided to wait for social hour, and when I Moved over to the area it was serving, Keri was super hospitable and the wings she made were excellent. All in all I throughly enjoyed my experience and hope anybody can meet Benji or Keri while here at their stay.

I was pleasantly surprised the hospitality at this hotel. I had driven 91/2 hours and arrived just before noon. Ivan understood I was exhausted from driving. Ivan was very helpful, Explained when rush hour traffic was as well to help me plan accordingly. The traffic coming in was like a racetrack. Now to our room, way better then I had expected. The cleanliness was amazing. I always bring Clorox wipes to wipe things down even the remote i have never had my wipes without a bunch of yuck on them. I had nothing on the wipes. I always check the sheets for hair etc. I found nothing. The room smelled clean and not like fabulous, which it seems everyone there uses it. I hate the smell and it has no cleaning benefits. So thank you for not using it. The night front desk Clerk also was very pleasant (Nara) she was helpful in answering questions for considering a return visit to elpaso. Also the hotel was very quiet except 4th of July the soldiers who had rented a room on the backside letting off fire works until 3am. My only suggestion would be for your breakfast. Don't put cheese in the beans leave it for the customer, it isn't marked anywhere that there is cheese in it. Not everyone can eat cheese, also have something to put on beagles, there was no cream cheese, butter, peanut butter or jelly. But that's all minor and you can't please everyone. Overall everything was way better then expected. Also my husband spoke with housekeeping to get a tissue. The ladies were nice as well. Thank you all for doing an amazing job.
