What are your check-in and check-out times, and is there a deposit required?
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A major credit card is required at check-in for room charges and incidentals. A $250 security deposit will be authorized on your card at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, pending a satisfactory room inspection.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Do you have a no party policy?
We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. As such, WE STRICTLY ADHERE to our NO PARTY POLICY.
Does Chase Suite Hotel El Paso have a free shuttle?
Yes, we have a complimentary shuttle service at the Chase Suite Hotel El Paso. You can use the service to go anywhere within a 5-mile radius of the hotel, including to and from the airport. You must pre-arrange the shuttle service with our Front Office staff.
What is your cancelation and no-show policy?
Cancellations made after 3pm the day prior to arrival are subject to a fee that equals to 1 night room charge and tax. Failure to arrive and check-in at the hotel will be treated as a No Show and will incur a fee that equals to 1 night room charge and tax.
Is smoking allowed in Chase Suite Hotel El Paso?
Chase Suite Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas of the hotel occupied by our guests and employees.
Smoking and/or vaping is permitted only in a designated outdoor space. Please ask our Front Desk for the exact location. We will assess a fee of $250 to guests that smoke in the guest rooms.
Does Chase Suite Hotel El Paso have elevators?
The Chase Suite Hotel El Paso does not have elevators. Certain suites and our main meeting/event room are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs only. There is a smaller meeting area on the first floor, and it is accessible by wheelchair.
Do you allow pets, and what is the fee or deposit?
Yes! We welcome well-mannered dogs, cats, and even fish. A $25 daily pet fee (max $150/month, non-refundable) applies, plus a refundable deposit of $250 for one dog or $350 for two dogs. Up to two pets (40 lbs each max) are allowed per room. Pets must be on a leash in public areas, are not permitted in the breakfast or pool areas, and must be crated or removed during housekeeping service. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and any damages will be charged accordingly.
Is parking available, and is there a fee?
The hotel offers on-site self-parking for guests at a rate of $5 per day, per car. Parking is not included in the room rate. During check-in, please provide your vehicle information to complete registration.
ADA parking spaces are available around the hotel.
Are you close to local landmarks, the airport, or attractions?
Yes! The Chase Suite Hotel in El Paso is located just 2-5 minutes by car from El Paso International Airport (ELP). We're also conveniently close to local attractions, shopping, and dining.
Do you accept cash or checks as a form of payment?
The Chase Suite Hotels are cashless properties. A valid Credit Card is required at the time of booking. Additionally, all guests are required to provide a valid credit card for payment at the time of check-in to secure their room charges and incidentals. We do not accept cash or checks as a primary payment option at any of our locations; every guest must have a valid credit card on file.
All stays require a security deposit of $250, which will be authorized at check-in and released upon checkout and room inspection.
