What is your check-in policy?

You must provide a major credit card at check-in to secure your room charges and incidentals. All stays require a $250 security deposit. The credit card will be authorized at check-in for the deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out and room inspection.

Do you have a no party policy?

 We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. As such, WE STRICTLY ADHERE to our NO PARTY POLICY.

Does Chase Suite Hotel El Paso have a free shuttle?

Yes, we have a complimentary shuttle service at the Chase Suite Hotel El Paso. You can use the service to go anywhere within a 5-mile radius of the hotel, including to and from the airport. You must pre-arrange the shuttle service with our Front Office staff.

What is your cancelation and no-show policy?

Cancellations made after 3pm the day prior to arrival are subject to a fee that equals to 1 night room charge and tax. Failure to arrive and check-in at the hotel will be treated as a No Show and will incur a fee that equals to 1 night room charge and tax.

Is smoking allowed in Chase Suite Hotel El Paso?

Chase Suite Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas of the hotel occupied by our guests and employees.

Smoking and/or vaping is permitted only in a designated outdoor space. Please ask our Front Desk for the exact location. We will assess a fee of $250 to guests that smoke in the guest rooms.

Does Chase Suite Hotel El Paso have elevators?

The Chase Suite Hotel El Paso does not have elevators. Certain suites and our main meeting/event room are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs only. There is a smaller meeting area on the first floor, and it is accessible by wheelchair.
