I accidentally had a package shipped to the hotel after I had left, and after a good bit of back and forth on how exactly to retrieve my package, Lauren came to the rescue! She went above and beyond, and even followed up personally with me! The most incredible, amazing part of this is that she doesn't even work at the front desk, she just happened to take my call and made it her personal mission to take care of me. Thank you, Lauren!

After comparing the price and features in the El Paso area for a hotel I choose Chase Suites because it seemed like the best value overall. I'm glad I did because my experience was great and I would definitely come back again. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen and living room area with fireplace and large flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean exactly where you'd expect it. The hotel itself was quite, well maintained and the staff as friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a basic but did the job. Overall I had a great experience and believe that the Chase Suite Hotel is the best value in the El Paso area.
