The Only Reason me and my family will be back is because the amazing house keeper Cynthia a lady with orange glasses she was going above and beyond to help my mom and I when some of the other house keepers I assume were rude . Ben from the front desk and Brianna oh and Victor they were all super welcoming and understanding the security were also super friendly too I forgot there names he has like a black car and then the other one was older man . Only problems with the room was there were white stains on the couch 😩😂 . Rooms are so spacious.Breakfast is also an L but it’s okay can’t really expect much in that area . We loved it so much we didn’t wanna leave we normally stay at my aunts but I like this place definitely a hidden gem will be back super soon 💛

Reading all the bad reviews on here is crazy I actually enjoyed it so much we extended the stay . Very friendly Cynthia was amazing help saw my daughter dropping things and stopped what she was doing to try and help . Super sweet will be returning there are still kind people. Keep up the good work ! And the other guest were cool they were cooking out on the grill by the pull and even gave us a plate thank you so much for making our stay bearable . Ohhh the breakfast wasn’t the best though so don’t worry about waking up early to get it 😂

First day at this hotel and my stay is already amazing! First impressions are huge and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. What truly stood out, though, was Benji, the front desk clerk. I had called a day before my arrival to inquire about early check in, he was incredibly friendly and set expectations in professional manner. The day of my arrival I called, and I was so glad to hear his voice on the other end and he made early check in happen. He was very attentive! He answered all my questions offered local recommendations, and ensured a quick check-in process. His positive and friendly attitude made a lasting impression! It's clear that great customer service is a priority here, and it made my experience all the more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!
