We have stayed at Chase Suites El Paso several times while we got dental work across the border. Each time Eric was at the front desk. He met us with a HUGE smile and a can-do attitude. He is friendly, funny, helpful and wonderful!! The one thing I might suggest to Chase is to stock the rooms with a bit more in the way of kitchen items. The one pot and one pan were old, and had that teflon coating, which was peeling a bit. The mugs for morning tea and coffee are way too small. But other than that we always have a good stay and we love seeing Eric and the other desk staff they are so helpful, friendly and kind!
