Thomas picked us up from the airport and we could immediately tell that this was going to be an awesome visit to El Paso. Thomas made sure we were comfortable and even provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine. He and Lauren told us all about the El Paso area and recommend several restaurants to visit, during our stay. A chauffeur was always available to take us to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and comfy king size bed with our own balcony. While unpacking, I realized I had forgotten my shaving kit. Ooops. Kayla was on duty at the front desk and provided me with everything I needed, at no cost to me. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, not just because the room was perfect but mostly because of the warm, friendly and professional hospitality we received from everyone at Chase Suite! Highly recommend!

Erik was an amazing host and very clean rooms The property was also very clean. All staff was friendly and we got a free bottle wine. We would definitely come back here and stay for a week.Very clean

I arrived late, and Jennifer S helped me find a room quickly.. The hotel is clean, quiet and located close to everything I needed to do. I was able to get a good night's rest for the day ahead. Tha KS again to Chase Inn and Suites.
