Sal and Brenda were so nice! Getting breakfast was always a pleasure. All of the staff, including the desk staff and room service workers, are always happy to help. The pool is nice, and the location is perfect. Would highly suggest for anyone visiting El Paso!

Thomas picked us up from the airport and we could immediately tell that this was going to be an awesome visit to El Paso. Thomas made sure we were comfortable and even provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine. He and Lauren told us all about the El Paso area and recommend several restaurants to visit, during our stay. A chauffeur was always available to take us to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and comfy king size bed with our own balcony. While unpacking, I realized I had forgotten my shaving kit. Ooops. Kayla was on duty at the front desk and provided me with everything I needed, at no cost to me. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, not just because the room was perfect but mostly because of the warm, friendly and professional hospitality we received from everyone at Chase Suite! Highly recommend!
