We are most pleased that this place accommodates our family comfortably. Upgrades look and function great. We used the full size oven and kitchen was well equipped with essentials. We will definitely stay here again. This place is our new home away from home when we stay in El Paso.

We stopped on a long trip through Texas to get a night's rest. The staff was excellent. Best is a great breakfast by three wonderful ladies who care. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in to check-in Thomas was so helpful. He is the epitome of great customer service—kind, patient and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, it was a great place to stay that didn't feel like a hotel but rather a nice studio. The appliances and cookware were in great shape and the one time we needed something that wasn't there, it was immediately brought to us. I would say the only negative thing I noticed was people at the pool during the day all packed in and not wearing masks or distancing—but that's not the fault of the hotel. I will definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you for a great stay and huge shout out to Thomas for being WONDERFUL at his job.
