When planning our stay ...

When planning our stay in El Paso, we originally passed over Chase Suite Hotel. We arrived on 7/21/26, checked into a different hotel across the street, and checked back out a short time later. We were relieved and thankful that Chase still had availability and was able to accommodate our very last-minute booking. Instead of a standard hotel room, we were pleasantly surprised to find what felt more like an apartment. Our unit was on an upper floor and even had a second level inside. It featured two king-size beds—one on the main floor with its own bathroom and another in the loft with a second private bathroom. Having a bathroom on each level meant no climbing stairs in the middle of the night, which was a thoughtful layout for families. The suite also included a full-size refrigerator, stove, toaster, and a well-stocked kitchen. Basic dining and cooking essentials were already provided, including glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots, knives, spatulas, and other utensils. If you need additional kitchen appliances, the office even has extras available to borrow, making longer stays much more convenient. Our party included my husband, our two children, our dog, and myself. Chase had accommodations for everyone. There are multiple dog stations throughout the property, an adults-only pool at one end, and a family pool near the main office. It's a nice touch that both types of travelers have their own recreational spaces instead of everyone being expected to share one pool. The family pool was honestly the first hotel pool I've ever been in that didn't reek of chlorine. The water was clean, the hot tub was actually hot (even if soaking in 100+ degree weather isn't for everyone), and when we got out neither our hair nor our swimsuits smelled like chemicals. The only real negatives were minor. The three TVs in the suite were all different brands and models, so they each operated differently and didn't all have the same channels available. The upstairs TV stopped working during our stay, and the ceiling fan in the loft didn't seem to work either. In the grand scheme of things, though, these were very small issues compared to how enjoyable and comfortable the rest of our stay was. If we're back in El Paso, Chase Suite Hotel will definitely be at the top of our list.

The location of this ...

The location of this is prime for visitors. So many walkable restaurants. 5 minutes from the airport easy access to anywhere in the metro area. You can't beat the prices. The amenities are smaller than they appear in the pictures. The breakfast is, edible. If one of the reasons you are booking this is because of the food, don't, you will be severely disappointed. Room was clean but I did find a bug. Not the end of the world because it was just 1 I just hope it was an anomaly. The furniture is very dated and the wear is noticeable. The couch is very uncomfortable. The kitchen is nice for extended stays but utensils are minimal so don't expect to cook their unless you are planning on buying supplies. I would recommend for a budget stay
