Staff is wonderful and very welcoming, Hotel Management are always proffesional with a very approachable and helpful demeanor. Absolutely recommend the Chase Suites for family and friends. Very pet friendly.

Beautiful rooms, amazing look. The AC in the one I was in was out, fan ran all night (which was a for of white noise to me) and no matter what I did with the thermostat it never could off.
