Unbelievable staff at this hotel. When you need something, they come through. I watch how the staff are like family to each other and family to the guest. They are all so organized with Thomas (hotel check in young man). He greets you and all the workers have great eye contact and are kind to you. Ana is amazing how she is runs that morning food (so clean and the spread is wonderful) and she is so kind and very gracious hostess and amazes me how she can take care of all the people and stay so calm with the crowds that come in and keep the food coming in. It is hard to explain but you feel like family when you are there. George doing the nightly dinners, so good, and serves us up; and it brings people together...fun, and enjoyable. It is really neat this hotel does that. The cleaning ladies are very friendly, and all the workers are. I just hope I haven't left anyone out, but the attitude for the customer is to just relax and enjoy your stay! You have a nice clean pool, and hot tub. We have stayed several times since are daughter lives in El Paso and we always look forward to staying at the Chase. I've been meaning to write a review, over the last couple of years. Great management to have workers be united and help and support each other and their customers. Take care.

I stay here every time I visit El Paso every other month to visit my daughter. I really don't have anything negative to say about my stay other than having a personal masseuse on call. Beds where comfortable, the room was clean, and they have plates and silverware in the cabinets for you to use. AC works well especially since I come from a colder state. I always miss the breakfast in the morning cause I am sleeping good. If anything, the best thing about my stay is that I don't worry about my 4 year old daughter being uncomfortable. She is as satisfied as I am. Will continue to be a guest here.

I booked this hotel thru a third-party site. We had a few issues upon arrival but they were quickly sorted out. A couple of days later, I noticed discrepancies in my charges compared to what I had booked online. The management staff (Thomas) was fantastic to work with. The hotel refunded me the additional charges that hit due to the confusion from the online site and offered to make me a great deal for the next time I travel to El Paso. The room was clean and spacious and I really enjoyed having the full kitchen. It made things much easier and the location is excellent. They certainly won me over and we will choose Chase Suits for our upcoming trip in May.
