Chase Suites Hotel in El Paso exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in quick and pleasant. My suite was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home, with a comfortable bed, cozy living area, and fully equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and varied, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to shopping, dining, and main roads. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the attentive service, showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction, and I will absolutely choose Chase Suites again on my next visit to El Paso.

The employees here are amazing!! They made sure to make everyone feel comfortable and were very welcoming and friendly. The room was so nice and clean and had basically everything you needed, the pools were clean and had a lot of seating areas. I definitely recommend staying here whether you live in El Paso and just want a night to relax and enjoy or just visiting! 10/10 recommend I won’t be booking anywhere else.
