Chase Suites Hotel in El Paso exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in quick and pleasant. My suite was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home, with a comfortable bed, cozy living area, and fully equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and varied, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to shopping, dining, and main roads. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the attentive service, showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction, and I will absolutely choose Chase Suites again on my next visit to El Paso.

Overall, we have enjoyed both our stays here! First time we stayed we were in a double king suit and it was plenty of room for us! Love that there’s a small kitchen. The second time we stayed in a room with a queen and pullout bed. For the nightly price the quality isn’t bad and the pools and grills are awesome! Hotel staff are also kind and helpful. Our only complaints is that the pull out bed was disgusting and no one comes to clean the rooms while you’re staying. The first time we stayed we were there for four days and our trash was overflowing. The second time we stayed we were there for three days and only had one roll of extra toilet paper. We ran out by the third morning and luckily we always pack extra TP for trips.

The hotel is not like traditional hotel, it's like town house style. The room is surprising spacious, 1 queen bed with sofa couch, it's enough for family of 4. Also it has full kitchen, big bathroom. the staff are friendly, free breakfast, parking convenient.
