I enjoyed the stay at this hotel in section 18 for the business I was there for. Its three things that hopefully can be addressed for others. One of the steps at the top is a safety hazard and is loose. Its grey in color. The air in the room needs to be filtered some way. Its is very dry even when air is on and the couch is sitting room is old. The security young man on my stay on 2/23 that work late shift was very nice to bring a fan and helped my mom with TV. It was clean, much appreciation to the hotel room cleaners.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Chase. I work closely with Myra Hallberg to coordinate stays for my company, and she is truly exceptional. She’s always quick to reply to my messages no matter the time and goes above and beyond to help. The staff is also so welcoming and kind to our 40+ employees staying here and have made this our go to hotel for any future lodging.

Changeing my review.... Other than the hiccup of the front desk not being able to find my first reservation... I only stayed a night for buisness but would definitely stay here again. Everything was great, other than the breakfast, but they did give alot of other options which was nice. Room was clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable.
