Ich habe dienstlich 3 Monate im Chase verbracht. Der Kundenservice ist echt klasse! Egal welches Problem, es wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Alle Angestellten sind immer freundlich und kümmern sich um die Belange der Gäste. Die Anlage ist schon etwas älter, aber gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück ist etwas einseitig und nicht mit einem deutschen Frühstück vergleichbar. Montag bis Donnerstag gab es auch noch abends eine Kleinigkeit (mal Burger, mal Enchiladas, usw.). WLAN ist kostenfrei verfügbar. In den Apartments und an den beiden Pools sind immer Handtücher verfügbar. Eine Reinigungskraft reinigt täglich das Apartment. Die Apartments sind alle mit einer Küche ausgestattet, so dass man auch längere Zeiträume dort angenehm verbringen kann. Insgesamt habe ich mich im Chase sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

After comparing the price and features in the El Paso area for a hotel I choose Chase Suites because it seemed like the best value overall. I'm glad I did because my experience was great and I would definitely come back again. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen and living room area with fireplace and large flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean exactly where you'd expect it. The hotel itself was quite, well maintained and the staff as friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a basic but did the job. Overall I had a great experience and believe that the Chase Suite Hotel is the best value in the El Paso area.

Great staff, always helpful. Free breakfast and dinner Monday thru Thursday. Pretty good! Oh and did I mention free beer for dinner?
