Best hotel stay in El Paso. This is a must book hotel. Too many El Paso hotels are hit and miss. We book management and all personnel into this place.

Great experience overall. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk, after a long drive this is always a nice gesture, truly appreciated, special shoutout to Jennifer, she was so friendly, quick and great! The suite room are huge and have everything you need and more to make your stay very pleasant. Two independent bedrooms with bathroom each and a great equipped kitchen, this is a game changer. Also a comfortable and very handy living room. Only comment would be the room carpets, but still despite not looking new, they look good maintained as the whole property overall. Complementary breakfast is enough to grab a quick bite and not start your day with an empty stomach, no complaints at all, area is clean and support folks are very friendly as well. Location is great, so close to the airport and many dining and shop locations, but rooms are not noisy at all.

I accidentally had a package shipped to the hotel after I had left, and after a good bit of back and forth on how exactly to retrieve my package, Lauren came to the rescue! She went above and beyond, and even followed up personally with me! The most incredible, amazing part of this is that she doesn't even work at the front desk, she just happened to take my call and made it her personal mission to take care of me. Thank you, Lauren!
